Expansion of Higher Education Drives Declining IQs of the Western Nations

As I have previously argued, the near universal access to higher education in Western countries has resulted in an epidemic of nation-destroying stupidity. Proof of that contention is now available in research showing that the mean IQ of the Brits and other Western nations is declining at the rate of three to four points per decade, which will reduce their acuity of mind to that of the sub-Saharan African nations within a generation.

A pair of researchers with the Ragnar Frisch Centre for Economic Research in Norway has found that IQ test scores have been slowly dropping over the past several decades (full text available here).  Prior studies have shown that people grew smarter over the first part of last century, as measured by the intelligence quotient—a trend that was dubbed the Flynn effect. Various theories have been proposed to explain this apparent brightening of the human mind, such as better nutrition, health care, education, etc, all factors that might help people grow into smarter adults than they would have otherwise. But, now, according to the researchers in Norway, that trend has ended. Instead of getting smarter, humans have started getting dumber. The study by the team consisted of analyzing IQ test results from young men entering Norway's national service (compulsory military duty) during the years 1970 to 2009. In all, 730,000 test results were accounted for. In studying the data, the researchers found that scores declined by an average of seven points per generation, a clear reversal of test results going back approximately 70 years. But it was not all bad news. The researchers also found some differences between family groups, suggesting that some of the decline might be due to environmental factors. But they also suggest that lifestyle changes could account for some of the decline, as well, such as changes in the education system and children reading less and playing video games more. Source

And it's not just a Norwegian problem. As the Telegraph reports:

Tests carried out in 1980 and again in 2008 show that the IQ score of an average 14-year-old dropped by more than two points over the period. Among those in the upper half of the intelligence scale, a group that is typically dominated by children from middle class families, performance was even worse, with an average IQ score six points below what it was 28 years ago.

Some people will no doubt say that the decline in Europe's population mean IQ is due to the mass immigration to Europe of people from sub-Saharan Africa, Syria, and other low IQ lands. But obviously the causality runs the other way. It is liberal-elite-directed higher education with its mandatory component of PC indoctrination that is destroying the intelligence of the people thus making them vulnerable to mass replacement immigration. Specifically, the elite-directed destruction of the Western nations in the name of the liberal religion of anti-racism and diversity, the outcome being the genocide of the European peoples through compelled homogenization with immigrants of alien race and culture.

Why Western Elites Are Destroying Their Own People By Mass Immigration and Multiculturalism

The Saker has an article over at the Unz Review in which he argues that the ongoing racial and cultural genocide of the European peoples by mass immigration and multiculturalism is unstoppable, first, because of the decadence of the European people, and second, because of the malign manipulation of the Anglo-Zionist money power. 

This is a plausible but entirely mistaken analysis of what is happening to the European people both in Europe and in North America.

The elite are destroying their own people because the have no respect for them, or sense of kinship with them, and because it pays. This goes back to the beginning of the industrial revolution, when an urban proletariat, with no family connection to the landowning and capitalist class that dominated Parliament,* rapidly expanded and became a perpetual threat to the security of the state. Hence Disraeli’s recognition of the existence of “Two Nations” between whom, as a character in his novel "Sybil" (1945) remarked:

there is no intercourse and no sympathy; who are as ignorant of each other's habits, thoughts, and feelings, as if they were dwellers in different zones, or inhabitants of different planets. The rich and the poor.

In Disraeli’s time, free trade with input factor mobility, i.e., the import of cheap labor, or the export of capital and technology to cheap-labor areas whence products could be imported to the home market, was rarely if ever an option for the owners of capital, which meant that the industrial proletariat, though considered by the elite to be both dangerous and disgusting, had to be tolerated.

But input factor mobility is not only possible today, but the underlying reason for globalization. Thus there is a massive flow of cheap Third-World labor to the high-wage West, a flow of products of sweat-shop labor in the same direction, and a flow of capital and technology in the opposite direction, all of which negatively impacts wages in the West. Multiculturalism is the inevitable, and from the elite point of view, desirable consequence of the Third-World migrant flow. Desirable, that is, because a culturally divided proletariat is much less of a threat to the elite than a united nation.

But the Saker is right about two things. First that mass migration means the complete cultural and racial extinction of the European peoples. Second, that mass immigration will continue inexorable for the foreseeable future, the reason being that, for every worker in, say, England (pop. 53 million), there will certainly be many better qualified people (higher IQ, more energy, more ambition, little if any commitment to workers’ rights, etc.) in the Third World (pop. 5 billion plus), who are paid a fraction of what an English worker is paid. And among these potential migrants,  rickshaw drivers earning a dollar or two a day, for example, there will always be some ready, if they are permitted, to migrate to London to earn twenty or thirty dollars an hour driving a bus? And naturally, the elite welcomes such people. If the newcomers hassle the local girls, squeeze the natives out of decent housing, build mosques, etc., so what? What can the natives do about it? Nothing, as it now is clear. And if it means ever rising taxes to pay for new maternity hospitals, roads, schools, etc., that's very satisfactory: it keeps the construction industry prosperous and it allows a growing bureaucracy to soak up the educated middle class who might otherwise begin to think seriously about what is going on. And if the net result is that the native working class becomes an underclass — i.e., white trash despised by all and sundry, again, so what? There’s not a damn thing they can do about it: the supposedly left-wing workers parties being funded by the same plutocratic donors as the so-called conservative parties.

As for the Saker's assertion that the genocide of the Western nations is an Anglo-Zionist Money Power plot, that is just thoughtless conspiracy theory. One might as absurdly impute the Rothschild's or the Illuminati. Many members of the elite are Jews, for sure, but many are Anglos, and many more are Asians, Middle-Easterners or Africans. The issue is that genocide by immigration and multiculturalism pays. The ethnicity of the genocidal elite is irrelevant.

Why I Have Only Contempt For the Late George Carlin

Carlin's humor seems to have consisted largely in saying "fuck," "shit," and "dick" over and over, while emulating masturbation, and anal penetration, and telling his mainly American audiences how "so fucking dumb" ordinary Americans really are. This is not, for me, the highest form of wit.

In addition, Carlin was for the Couverdon-Kalergi plan for the elimination of the European people as a distinct race of mankind. True, both Carlin and Coverdon-Kalergi did not discriminate agaist white people. Apparently, they wished to destroy all the races of mankind, this to be achieved through mass migration and enforced multiculturalism. Thus, in the"Best of George Carlin" video that I linked to above, there is one frame showing a list of the supposed human races: white, black, brown, yellow, all of which have been struck out and a check marked placed by the words "human race." This is standard globalist propaganda for racial homogenization, based on two fundamental misconceptions or rather deliberate misrepresentations. First,the implication that racial differences are merely a matter skin color, whereas in reality,  skin color is not an essential, or even a greatly important, aspect of human racial differentiation. There are albino Africans, who are nevertheless Africans not Europeans. And there are many people of approximately the same shade of brown who belong to very different racial groups including Dravidians, Amerindians, Australian aboriginals, and deeply suntanned Europeans. Race is determined by differences in many genes and its biological significance has been barely probed. Second, race is not a correct alternative term for species. Mankind is a species not a race, whereas the races of mankind are genetically distinct variants of the human species, which have been created over thousands of years of more or less isolated development through processes of selection, genetic drift and random mutation. The existing vast range of variation in human form, physiology and physiognomy will be irreversibly destroyed within a couple of generations of universal multiracial breeding.

The extinction of my own people as a distinct race and the extraordinary civilization that its sons — people such as Shakespeare, Newton, Francis Bacon, Adam Smith, David Hume, Darwin, James Clerk Maxwell — created, is something to which I am totally opposed. Moreover, I wish other folks — the Chinese, the tribes of Africa, the Jews, the Arabs and many, many others — a long, prosperous, and unique future too.

Inevitably, in the modern, highly connected world, the races of mankind will tend to mix and merge. Insofar as such mixing is the result of individuals acting of their own free will in accordance with law (immigration law, for example), I don't oppose it, and further, I have no hesitation in acknowledging that the progeny of mixed matings may be among the finest people around. The former British settler states, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand have all, apparently, without great public opposition, adopted the path of multiracial immigration and a pseudo multiculturalism that, in fact, requires all-comers to adopt a politically correct liberal ideology, which accommodates religion only in a depleted and essentially meaningless form. Moreover, in the settler states, there is not only a process of mixing racial groups, but of replacing, albeit over several generations, the existing dominant, European groups with people from elsewhere. The process of replacement is inevitable so long as the fertility of the European populations remains below the replacement rate. In fact, replacement by people from elsewhere is the fate not only of the Europeans, but of all immigrant groups to the settler states and to Europe, since fertility of the native-born is aggressively reduced by programs of indoctrination in school (i.e., the encouragement of masturbation, oral sex, homosexual experimentation, instruction in the use of condoms, etc., all in the name of sex "education"), mass slaughter of the unborn, and girls' education which encourages women, particularly intelligent women, to place careers ahead of motherhood.

If to be succeeded by people from elsewhere is indeed what most Americans, Canadians, etc. want, it's fine with me. But, as all opinion surveys indicate, to be deprived of their own posterity in not what the great majority of Europeans want. But that it is what Europeans are getting. Europeans of Christian tradition have a fertility rate far below the replacement rate and are being displaced by Africans and Asians, the majority of whom are of Islamic or other non-Christian tradition, in a process driven by traitorous leaders subservient to the US empire.

The death of the European peoples as distinct cultural and racial entities may be at hand, but at least let those of us who oppose this genocide not applaud George Carlin, the dead scumbag advocate for the destruction of human cultural and biological diversity.

Trikipedia says the World is overpopulated. They quote Steve Jones, head of the biology department at University College London, as saying, "Humans are 10,000 times more common than we should be".

Let's see, ten billion divided by ten thousand, that's one million. A total world population one quarter that of Elizabethan England. LOL. See what passes for scholarship nowadays -- pure genocidal propaganda.

Actually, nearly everything said about population seems to be propaganda. Yet the real issues are simple enough. Thomas Malthus got it right: population increases until limited by food supply, unless people limit their fertility by indulgence in "vice."

The green revolution vastly increased the World's food supply, hence a doubling in Africa's population in the last 40 years with massive increases elsewhere too.

Meantime, the West embarked on the wholesale indulgence in "vice", thus driving the fertility rate of the European nations well below the replacement rate.

So in fact there are several big stories concerning population. One is the population explosion in Africa and the Islamic World. Another is the collapse in the population of the European peoples (preceded by aging of the population and a collapse in the fertile proportion of the population) and their replacement by immigrants of mainly reproductive age and high fertility.

Most Europeans are too brainwashed to see that their anxiety about the population explosion drives their own extinction, an anxiety deliberately fostered by the political lackeys and dupes of a plutocratic elite that seeks the annihilation of the most powerful nation states through a program of genocide against the indigenous people of those nations.

But the mainstream political parties and the corporate media outlets respond to this analysis with charges of racism, and xenophobia, while state-funded organs of political correctness deploy anti-free speech laws to muzzle critics of genocidal population policies.

None of which alters the fact that the nations of Western Europe are being inundated by people of non-European extraction and of alien culture, who are in many cases possessed of an aggressive settler mentality.

Many London boroughs now have a majority ethnic population, my father's home town, the City of Leicester is majority ethnic, in Birmingham, England's second city, English Children in primary school are not even the largest minority. Overall, 25 percent of births in Britain are to foreign-born mothers, and many more to foreign-born fathers of English mothers and grand-daughters of foreign born fathers or mothers. Thus the English will be an ethnic minority in their own home within a generation.

The idea that there are just too many people on earth is a value judgement not a matter of scientific fact. The carrying capacity of the globe has been estimated at about 1 person to every 27 square meters. My own calculation, based on the solar energy available for crop production and industrial and domestic use, suggests 80 square meters is more reasonable, i.e., a global population of one trillion -- but I'm not advocating it.

So we are nowhere near a physical population limit. But rapid population growth inevitably means a declining quality of life for everyone. Doubling the population every thirty or forty years means doubling the infrastructure every thirty or forty years or experiencing a decline in quality of life. Yet it can take generations to create great institutions. And there's no means to double the number of Yellowstone or Serengeti national parks. Or recover millions of acres of green belt built over to accommodate a population explosion fueled entirely by mass immigration.

And you cannot turn out extra copies of Oxford University or Trinity College Cambridge at will. Nor can you simply enlarge the institutions you've got without changing them and quite likely destroying their effectiveness in the process, as has happened to most Western Universities that, in recent decades, have become giant bureaucracies repugnant to any free-thinking scholar.

The Western World should leave the Third World to care for itself. At present Africans and Muslims vehemently oppose adoption of the Western way of "vice." That is their choice. Let them deal with the consequences. In the meantime, the nations of a dying Christendom should pay head to their tradition, for the wages of sin are death.
