IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN
COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY, EMERGENCY, AND PERMANENT INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
NATURE OF THE ACTION
1. This civil action brings to light a massive election fraud, multiple violations of the Michigan Election Code, see, e.g., MCL §§ 168.730-738, in addition to the Election and Electors Clauses and Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution violations that occurred during the 2020 General Election throughout the State of Michigan,1as set forth in the affidavits of dozens of eye witnesses and the statistical anomalies and mathematical impossibilities detailed in the affidavits of expert witnesses.
2. The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as President of the United States. The fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy was the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned “ballot stuffing.” .....

The thing is, the CIA is not stupid. They also do not act out of desperation, which, in fact, is a stupid way of acting. They came out into the open with full knowledge of the consequences of coming out into the open. They are leaving a paper trail miles wide because they have it covered.
ReplyDeleteThere aren't any good guys. There never are in politics. Here we are in the unwinding of the American Empire, there surely are not. There are no white hats at the NSA. Man, what a crazy piece of wishful thinking there. With the democratic process now utterly broken for all the world to see there really can't be any orderly process to remedy this.
If the military were to organize tribunals and so on, this would also have to be out in the open. It would be more out in the open than the CIA hack, as out in the open as the CIA hack certainly is. Most Americans aren't going to tolerate it, in part because most Americans won't grasp the full implications of the CIA hack. They won't because it doesn't feel good to see what America has become. The military would need to use force and likely deadly force, on Americans, to achieve their ends. I'm not sure how much compliance they'd have within their own command structure. Likely it will be halfhearted, if that. (Here may be my own form of optimism.)
That's a sobering analysis with which I see no reason to disagree.

But if Joe Biden becomes Biden the Illegitimate, and Trump TV comes to dominate cable news, Trump may at last gain real power while becoming genuinely rich. Perhaps there would even be some actual reforms, like an end to mail in voting.
