Hillary's had a bad couple of weeks. In that time Trump has seen a seventeen percent positive swing in the polls, according to Reuters, and now leads Clinton by two points.
Bernie Sanders has quit the Democratic party and his supporters are yelling "lock her up."
Meantime, millions have been watching documentaries from Clinton Cash to The New Clinton Chronicles, or reading Crisis of Character, which describes the Clinton White House as "a den of coke and mistresses," and Roger Stones "The Clintons' War on Women."
At the same time, the State Department email scandal, proving that Hillary is unfit to have a security clearance, rolls on, while the new DNC email scandal provides further evidence, as if any were needed, of the utterly corrupt people backing Hillary.
So what's Hillary gonna say in tonight's acceptance speech?
Obviously she'll come out swinging. She'll appeal to every loser with a grievance and blame everything that afflicts them on the racist, sexist, misogynistic, narcissistic, egomaniacal bigot, Donald J. Trump, and the Republican scum who support him. And, of course, she will promise all good things equally to everyone.
After that she'll say how great America really is already, what with ObamaCare, the upcoming wonderful trade deals, and the endless American intervention in the Middle East. In addition she'll promise to make America even greater with more wars, more job-destroying trade deals, more debt, plus mass uncontrolled, and illegal immigration.
And the media will report that it was a barn-burner, a knock-out, an epic, a history-making speech, worthy to stand beside Abe Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.
