Brownstone Institute, May 20, 2022 Elite media outlets around the world are on red alert over the world’s first-ever global outbreak of Monkeypox in mid-May 2022—just one year after an international biosecurity conference in Munich held a simulation of a “global pandemic involving an unusual strain of Monkeypox” beginning in mid-May 2022.
Monkeypox was first identified in 1958, but there’s never been a global Monkeypox outbreak outside of Africa until now—in the exact week of the exact month predicted by the biosecurity folks in their pandemic simulation. Take these guys to Vegas!
Ed Yong, who’s penned dozens of hysterical articles on Covid for The Atlantic including such gems as COVID-19 Long-Haulers Are Fighting for Their Future, Even Health-Care Workers With Long COVID Are Being Dismissed, How Did This Many Deaths Become Normal? and The Final Pandemic Betrayal, is hot on the scene of the new Monkeypox outbreak.Eric Feigl-Ding is also all over this.
Epidemiologists Jennifer Nuzzo and Bill Hanage are on the scene—but still no word from them as to whether they see anything strange about the first-ever global Monkeypox outbreak occurring in mid-May 2022, a year after they acted as advisers on an international biosecurity simulation of a global Monkeypox outbreak occurring in mid-May 2022.

ReplyDeleteOne case? One case and there is already hysteria.
ReplyDeleteWhoever has done this understands the power of scaring people into feeling there is an emergency of such proportions anything will be justified to protect them.
It bugs me. I had forgotten about the Chinese videos of Covid-stricken people suffering seizures until you reminded me. These were disinformation-- they were made and distributed intentionally...to scare the living bejesus out of people.
To reassure people, the medical authorities keep insisting the vaccine had received thorough testing before being officially approved, but what people do not seem to realize the testing protocols were those approved to be used in an EMERGENCY. The emergency testing protocols are designed to speed things up-- they do cut corners (and that's justifiable in an emergency, I suppose). It simply isn't true vaccines quickly developed and approved are as safe.
Haste makes waste, true. But there is also the bum hustle, and the con.

Thanks for the link. The convicted fraudster is a highly persuasive critic of the US Government's Covid response. Here's the criminal explaining how WHO (Prop. W. Gates) directed Covid measures failed and why the WHO cannot legally dictate US health policy.

Delete"Among other concerns, Dr. Fleming said that the excess deaths actually began not with Covid, but with the masking and experimental injections."
Masking began around April 3, 2020. (This was the date the CDC began recommending masking.) Vaccinations for Covid19 began in December 2020, eight months later. Excess deaths couldn't be said to start up twice. But it is a false statement, anyway. It appears to be a false statement gaining in popularity, but false nonetheless. I linked to a CDC graph of excess mortality not too long ago. There were excess deaths prior to both these dates. The masking was in response to excess deaths, not a cause. (It was an unnecessary and therefore poor response, in my opinion, but not a major factor in excess mortality, as far I know.)
In the interview with Alex Newman, Dr. Fleming cites the same CDC bar graph I linked to earlier. He points to the spike in excess deaths starting in what looks like April 3rd, and makes the stunning conclusion simply by recommending masking, the CDC caused excessive death. I went back to the CDC web page, and took a second and closer look.
https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
The first visible spike occurs on the week ending March 28th. There is an alarming increase for the next week, the week ending April 4th. You see, there is no way masking caused the deaths. Then Dr. Fleming introduces this weird conjecture about prions and so forth he's been "sounding the alarm on since 1994."
I don't like this, CS. It is sloppy, alarmist, and I am afraid a bit kooky. This is the kind of thing we don't want to be lumped with. As you know, I believe crimes against humanity have been and are being committed. I also do not discount the coronavirus as having been weaponized its infectivity is remarkable). But this guy is discrediting himself.
Thank you for taking the trouble to check the time course of excess deaths versus masking, which refutes Fleming's claim about the relationship between the two.
DeleteApparently the spike protein of SARS-CoV2 does have prion-like domains which play an important role in binding with ACE2 receptors. Moreover, these prion-like domains are reported to be highly variable among the evolving strains of Covid-19, which sounds scary, although what risk to human health this entails is unclear to me.
USA Today has a headline: Fact check: COVID-19 vaccine not associated with prion disease, which suggests to one justifiably skeptical of the MSM that Covid-19 may indeed be associated with prion disease. And, in fact there are a number of reports of Covid patients with prion disease, (this for example). But, Dr. Fleming is clearly not a useful source of information on this question.
Thank you also for those important links. (I fully agree with you, too, about the efficient method of taking what the MSM says and switching it to its opposite in order to discern what is likely true.)
DeletePeaceful, decent, lawful protestors on January 6th became hooligans because there were some hooligans in their midst. People seeking the truth on these many pressing issues become fools and fraudsters because there are scoundrels and fraudsters in our midst.
Dr. Fleming rubs me wrong. He is of a type. I've seen them before. They get pleasure -- a very sick pleasure-- out of taking advantage of and fooling others. It's not even about money or other types of material gain. It's about making themselves feel smart and superior. (That's probably behind gaining three professional degrees, too. Who needs to do that?)
I see it as a minus he's an MD, PhD, and JD.
ReplyDeleteHow is one to address such a individual? Should one say "How do you do Doctor, Doctor," or should one simply bow.
DeleteChina is clearly in ascendance, while the USA, is clearly in decline.
ReplyDeleteChina has benefited from decades of favorable treatment from the USA, while the USA have shot themselves in the foot, from the standpoint of the average working family --anywhere in the whole damned place.
For a long time the decline was partially disguised by something like a "momentum" from the general high level of prosperity previously enjoyed. Maybe it was true working families were mollified by being able to purchase dirt cheap T-shirts from Walmart, though I have never believed working families were that oblivious to reality.
My theory has been working America was sold out by the elite. To China?
We're nuts to have trusted the Chinese so blindly. Another thing: they're smarter than we are. Definitely their smart guys are smarter than our "smart" guys. Who are our smart guys? GWB, Obama, Biden? None are truly A-Team, but Biden-- come on.
China is playing us like a fiddle. That example of the Covid19-seizures caught on tape early 2020-- that doesn't just happen by accident. It is not benign. And think of this also: our people are so corrupt we were actually financing dangerous gain-of-function research conducted in-country China, potentially one country in the world which would use biowarfare against us, in savage genius. Nuclear war? How do you do that without triggering either mutually-assured destruction or poisoning planet earth for everyone through lethal fallout?
Bioweapon? Convince the enemy to "Trojan Horse" itself by injecting a protein trigger into its cells. They do it, you don't. Then pull the trigger to release cytokine storm-- kill 'em as efficiently as a bomb blast. A bit messy but a mess that can be cleaned up with minimal expense or inconvenience.
All I am saying is this is not an implausible scenario.
I know what a cytokine is, but to grasp the nature and mechanism of onset of a cytokine storm I have to extend my understanding of immunology

It fascinates me on a number of levels, including the architectural and technological wonder of it all, but it is nevertheless a perfect example of the USA shooting itself in the foot.
Simultaneous with colossally disgraceful homelessness going on for decades without remedy, we have our billionaires treating themselves to colossally extravagant apartments they don't even occupy.
The largest numbers of legal immigrants to the US over the last few decades or so have come from China. I quote this as often as I can, but hey-- it is not popularly recognized. Thanks, MSM.
Trump saw this was not in the national interest and began to block it. It is not out of the question this was a crucially-important misstep from the point of view of the Chinese. The USA could be allowed to exist and think highly of itself as long as it did everything the Chinese wanted, in the Chinese national interest. None of this unsanctioned Trumpy-USA-assertiveness contrary to Chinese dictates.
The Chinese deserve to triumph. The triumph may be gruesome and impose upon us a lifestyle foreign and chafing. The world does not cater to us. It does not make an exception for us. You can play your cards right, and tilt advantage somewhat in your own favor...When was the last time the USA played its cards right? When was the last time the Chinese didn't?
Re: China vs the US -- Many years ago a graduate student from mainland China whose thesis project I supervised subscribed me to a now defunct English-language publication called China Reconstructs. This was, presumably, funded by the Government of China as a propaganda organ. However, the message it conveyed seemed entirely sensible: China's future prosperity depended on things like water works, flood control, electricity generation and agricultural improvement. By working consistently to make progress in such areas, China has overtaken the US to become the world's largest economy, measured by purchasing power parity.
DeleteIn contrast, US has proceeded on the principal of everyone doing whatever they want to make as much money as they can by virtually any means however harmful to the common interest. The result, as we now see, is a country where Universities with million-plus-dollar-a year presidents charge huge fees to gullible students who are invited to pursue nonsense courses that indoctrinate them in anti-reproductive self-hatred. Some schools still teach basic stuff like math and physics, but the top graduates in those classes are more likely to opt for the chance to get rich on Wall St. than to pursue modest salaries as engineers and scientists. And in the corporate world, fortunes are made in online porn, gossip and video entertainment.
Meantime, in the political realm, the US has gone from having a semblance of democracy in which articulate people vied for office (take a look, for example, at the Kennedy/Nixon television debates. Those guys, despite one or other of them being hated by most Americans, were about a thousand time better at debate that Trump, Hillary or Biden).
And with the election of Biden, the machinery of democratic governance has been so severely corrupted as to make the concept of democracy in America laughable. Instead of a democracy, America has an oligarchy of billionaires and the national security agency managers with a rigged and absurdly implausible democratic facade.
The Chinese are going to win, and they are going to deserve to win. We're just putting the finishing touches on our own demise. This monkey pox stuff. Oh my. I went through most of the links you've provided and come up with my answer to your question,
Delete"Monkey Pox: Is This Bill Gates's Next-Time Pandemic?"
YES, that's what this is.
It is so damned ridiculous and unnecessary and stupid-- if only that meant it was so damned ridiculous and unnecessary and stupid it couldn't possibly be what's going to happen to us.
I have that by now familiar gut-wrenching feeling of regret and remorse about it. We go from dumb to dumber to where we'll be very shortly: dumbest of all....To dumb to be allowed to go on living.
Life is cruel, not kind. People who make mistake after mistake and refuse to learn get eliminated. I hope I live to see the Chinese publicly execute Bill Gates and Jeffrey Sachs. After they're done using them. The idiots.
Sorry for filling up your comments sections with comment after comment, but I have to say my opinion is the general level of public discourse and discussion in the '50's was much, much higher than anything we've had since.
DeleteWhat did "they" label the young adults of the '50's decade? The silent generation. They weren't silent, though. They simply eschewed screaming and shouting, as well as harsh denunciations of one's political and intellectual opponents.
I've grown so sick and tired of seeing this one class of citizen, usually better educated, refusing to consider other view points, although considering other view points used to be a hallmark of a good education. Not reasoning, but rejecting-- all but their own conventional (trans: indoctrinated) ideas stupid, crazy, and irresponsible.
Your comments are welcome. Google provides unlimited space at no charge.
DeleteThe polite discourse of the 1950's was, surely, a reaction to Fascistic verbal bullying. But as we see with leaders such as Trudeau and Zelensky, Fascism is returning, and is mirrored increasingly in general discourse.

I consider it very informative.
I found this comment by Dr. Malone very satisfying:
"The Bill Gates funded organization GAVI has provided their assessment of the medical threat posed by Monkeypox, which can be found here. Many readers of this substack will not be surprised by my assessment that this GAVI threat assessment is highly biased towards overstatement. For example, the article seeks to create parallels between Monkeypox and Ebola:
'Similar to viruses like Ebola, transmission only happens in close proximity by contact with lesions, body fluids, respiratory droplets or contaminated materials such as bedding or clothes.'
The article also states the following pants-on-fire disinformation;
'Although symptoms often ease within a month, one in ten cases can be fatal. Children are particularly susceptible.'
Pants-on-fire disinformation from the Gates funded GAVI. These people need to be called to account.
Thanks for that link to Dr. Malone's article, which I have posted above.
DeleteCould not the reason for the Gates-backed monkeypox fearmongering be not to protect the public but to justify another mandatory national vaccination campaign?
How much would a new worldwide vax campaign add to the value of the pharma shares owned by the Gates Foundation?
And how much harm could a new worldwide vax campaign do to the health, fertility, and longevity of the World's teeming masses.
It was interesting to see Jeffrey Sachs writing to the PNAS about a possible laboratory origin for Covid19.
ReplyDeleteI went to the link and read (scanned it, to be truthful) the article. The article appeared in the opinion section of the journal, and was thus "opinion" and not presentation of scientific finding.
I'm a little confused, though, because the article appeared to contain specific information pointing to Sachs's reasons for believing the virus has a laboratory origin.
Sachs himself would know little or nothing about the molecular biology or virology or any of that.
Sachs is an economist and specialist in developmental economics and "sustainability". He has a remarkable track record. I first became aware of him through his advisory role in the massacre of the former USSR's economy, but he is probably most famous (notorious) for having appeared in Naomi Klein's Shock Doctrine and her depiction of his jollies and follies in Bolivia.
If he was only calling for the release of additional information from governmental sources, how could you fault him for that? There seems to be more to this...
Sachs is either acting as a conduit for someone else's (I wonder who and why) or giving his imprimatur to attract more attention to these lab origin theories, for political reasons I can't divine. He has associated with the Gates Foundation and I believe the Gates Foundation funded some of his ideas. I also believe there was a falling out, but I can't really remember any details, or really argue this would have any bearings on his promoting lab origins theories.
You asked this question,
ReplyDelete"What we have is certainly not democracy, neither is it plutocracy nor oligarchy, since neither oligarchs nor plutocrats play an apparent role in government. What we have is a puppet-string pulling government of unknown agents that drives public acceptance of an anti-democratic agenda by staging theatrical events, e.g., 9/11, Covid, or by reframing spontaneous demonstrations as insurrection. What should this be called? Cryptocracy? hypnotocracy? theatrocracy?"
This comment by C.J. Hopkins, seems answering:
"The New Normal was never about Covid specifically. It was always about implementing a new “reality” — a pathologized-totalitarian “reality,” not so much ruled as discreetly “guided” by unaccountable, supranational, non-governmental governing entities, global corporations, and assorted billionaires — in which Covid, or monkeypox, or kangaroopox, or any other viral zoonotic disease, or any climate-related or economic development, or aberrant ideological or behavioral tendency, could be used as a pretext to foment another outbreak of mindless mass hysteria and impose additional restrictions on society."
The mindless mass hysteria envelopes everyone, including the billionaires and the corporations. They aren't orchestrators or primary movers or schemers. Had you noticed? Amazon's 2021 fourth quarter earnings were at a record high:
https://www.cnbc.com/2022/02/03/amazon-amzn-q4-2021-earnings.html
"Earnings per share (adjusted): $5.80 vs $3.57 expected, according to a Refinitiv survey of analysts"
Amazon, first quarter 2022:
https://www.investopedia.com/amazon-q1-fy2022-earnings-report-recap-5270247
"Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) reported mixed results in its Q1 FY 2022 earnings report. Earnings per share (EPS) were -$7.56, far below analyst predictions. It was the first quarter that the tech giant has posted a net loss in at least four years. "
Earnings are the name of the game, not revenues. Revenue increases-- do they even beat the rate of inflation?
I was listening when you spoke about the problems you had getting a workable new computer via Amazon. I also have noticed Amazon advertises products it can't supply and can't say when it will again supply them. My theory: Amazon profited massively from the pandemic and resultant lockdowns and so on and so forth. In the short term. In the long term, though, Amazon will be harmed. You can't screw the world's economies and supply chains without yourself getting screwed, especially in a business such as Amazon's.
Earnings far below analyst expectations? That's an understatement. Analysts had predicted +$8.55 per share, not -$7.56.
