So now, according to MSN Money, the "bombing suspect" is simply the "Boston Marathon bomber."
On what basis?
He is reported by the media to have told "interrogators" that he and his brother carried out last week's deadly attacks.
There you go. No judge, no jury, no trial, no court arraignment. They interrogate, and hey, there's yer verdict.

Authorities said they were desperate to capture Dzhokhar Tsarnaev so he could be questioned.So as soon as we knew where he was we just blazed away with everything we'd got, assuming he'd talk just as well full of holes as if intact with a working voice-box.
